hi,
i lost heavly in investing stock calls & puts. what is best statergy to overcome this.
it is very hard in invest in options nowa days because of volatility. how to maintain a stop loss trigger in F & O kindly explain.

CB, replies: Hi APPU, yes. options trading has not given any returns due to flat markets and being volatile in a small range. stoplosses are usually kept at good support levels.

When i set 28 & 50 in intraday - it will act as 28 Minutes & 50 minutes respectively ???
CB, replies: Hi rema, no issues. yes, would work in intraday only if market momentum is good. not sure how the 5 and 10ma would work out. for short/ med term go with breakouts like double/ triple/ flag breakouts

Am worry for repeatedly asking questions
Also whould i select 5 minutes time frame or 10 minutes time frame to get a more reliable signal while INTRADAY
also suggest a good time frame for POSITIONAL - whether it is HOURLY/90 MINUTES OR DAILY
