Why isn't Hindalco's CE 130 moving up? It is stuck at 1.30 :(.

Dear Sir, I am holding Renuka at 87 Rs and Ibreal at 110 rs now they are 34 and 64 respectively.how much time may it take to get my cost back or u suggest to sell and invest in some other stocks..
