TODAY I TAKE FRESH POSITION OF SUZLON CALL OPTION ON STRICK PRISE RS 25.
BYE RATE IS .05 PAISE. BUT AT EVENING, MY BROKER SAID THAT IT WILL IMPOSE PENALTY AS SUZLON IS IN BAN PERIOD. PLEASE SAY, WHAT WILL PENALTY PER LOT? FROM WHERE I CAN GOT ALL DETAILS OF PENALTY? WILL THIS PENALTY WILL IMPOSED PER DAY OF HOLDING? FROM WHICH DAY SUZLON IS ON BAN?
Kartik, replies: Hi niraj, when the marketwide open positions go above 95% sebi sets the ban,the ban will be lifted and open for trade only when the particular script falls below 80%, till then you cannot buy/sell fresh, you can only buy/sell if you have any thing which you bought/sold before the ban. try confirming with your broker directly as they are the ones you shall charge the mentioned penalty
