yesterday rbi annoncement will mkt improve ? was it mkt related ?is mkt down more or upward or sell on rise ?

KOTAK bank is upto 579 now..:( .
So, confusing CB....How to manage the shorts @537.. it falls down ..but recovers very fast.....but then had we exited at 572 yesterday....there was no surity that it would go up for us to short again.. .. How long it would take Kotak to see atleast 550??
