Hi sneha, I don't know the face value of Steelcast, You just divide the facevalue of the by split value i..e if the face value is Rs.10/- then Rs.10/- divided by Rs.5/- = Rs.2/- So your holdings get doubled i.e. From 400 shares of Rs.10/- each to 800 shares of Rs.5/- each. Then bonus 1:1 so 800 shares bonus on 800 shares. So finally your holding will be 800 + 800 shares = 1600 shares. The market value of shares will come down accordingly considering the split and bonus. I have explained whatever I know.
