Pls let me know, the below mentioned news is good or bad for SURYA Pharma.
Surya Pharmaceutical Limited has informed the Exchange that the management has decided not to pursue the appeal further against the impugned order dated January 09, 2012 passed by the whole time member of S.E.B.I. for claiming necessary exemption to convert outstanding 27,50,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Share Warrants into equity shares without making open offer under Regulation 3(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and Takeover) Regulations -2011 and also for extension of Exercisable Date for conversion of the same. Consequently the Outstanding 27,50,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Share Warrants allotted to M/s Futuristics Garments Private Limited (a company forming part of PAC/Promoter group) on April 22, 2010 on preferential Basis are hereby cancelled. As on date there is no convertible share warrant pending for conversion issued to Promoter Group.
