how much chances are there for both to break support level?and levels after one month

Dear CB,
In terms of SBIN, the red line seems to have just cut the blue line from below which, as I understand, is a buy signal. However, the RSI is at 70, which as I understand, is not a buy signal. Both are contradicting and confusing. It also seems to be going down slightly after a mini rally and a doji.
Please advise how to understand this chart.

sir i have 3 shares. i am looking for a period of 6 - 12 months...
1. Indraprastha Gas at 204. cmp 250
2. Gati at 25. cmp 35
3. Tci Finance at 42. cmp 30.
Sir should i continue to hold. i can wait for 6 - 12 months. I am in loss in tci finance. Should i exit in loss or is there any chance for it to at least reach the buy price of 42. Thanks in advance.
