hi, is candlestick pattern trading using indicators like doji, engulfing,harami etc.really profitable? if so then pl.tell which of them are so?

Dear CB,
Good Evening! What is your opinion on BHEL? It seems to have made a long white candle and broke it's recent resistance of 206/207.
Is it a good idea to buy one lot of it's May future tomorrow? If so, please advise Target. Can we assume 206 as the SL?
