I want to reshuffle my portfolio please advice .

Does my choice is correct / if any other stock then please advice

I booked loss on my PE 280 on BhartiArtl today. However, the charts were weak right? If that's the case, then is there any particular reason it went up today? Was there any decision taken on the TRAI recommendations?

what about BHEL as there are negative news . brokerage firms saying there are no up move in near term at least for 2-3 years time horizon required . And I dont have that much of time so please advice me other strong stock that cover my loss of 50RS per share in six months .
