I have bought Reliance 680 CE at 15..What should i do?Hold till expiry or sell 700 CE at 8 to reduce the outflow?Where do you see RIL in this expiry?

Hello,
I started investing in options couple of weeks back. I have made small profits in nifty calls and puts but my airtel call is driving me nuts. I have 13 lots of airtel @ Rs.5 premium. As of now the premium has come down below Rs.1. Should I hold or square off? Please advice. Thanks.
