Tata Motors - Allotment of Ordinary Shares
Tata Motors Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to terms and conditions of the Notes, the Company has allotted 1,60,95,391 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 2/- each (comprising of 1,52,56,295 Underlying Ordinary Shares of Rs. 2/- each representing 30,51,259 ADSs and 8,39,096 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 2/- each, both arising out of conversion of 422 Notes of US$100,000 each) be and are hereby allotted at a premium of Rs. 119.34/-.
Post the above allotment, the share capital of the Company is as below:
2707731241 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 2 each
481959190 ‘A’ Ordinary Shares of Rs. 2 each.
