Neither getiing oportunity to exit shorts or long.....cannot predict the bottom...but do u think we shall see 4850 in coming days??

sir i notice every day in a whole weak cnbc awaaj news channel every day given at 12 noon market strategy and whole day given wrong tips daily when say buy market up when say sell market down

Sir, I want to invest some 40000/ in some selected portfolios on decline. Would you pl advise me. Iam already holding 3000shares of GVK Power @ Rs. 30.50 and 1000 share @ 16.50. Should I add more of GVK for averaging. Thanks.
