Hi
Bharti Airtel: update
MTN Executives' regroup today to take stock of Bharti deal: Sources
In Bharti-MTN deal update, MTN Executives' regroup today to take stock of Bharti deal, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources. The sources said that there is no chance of open offer, and it was never a possibility. MTN may consider alternatives/options for the deal. Holding Company is one possible alternative structure.
HoldCo is likely in neutral and liberal tax domain. There is no need for dual listing under HoldCo structure, sources added.
