nifty is in volatile range of 5180-5280 in 100 point but all stocks are clear in down is seen panic.

Hi CB, How do we know that for any particular scrip shorts or longs buildup?. Because I believe Shorts and Longs will always equal as somebody has to sell and somebody has to buy..Right

i am a short term trader but no intraday,i see 2 stocks( pfc & irb) crash from 200 to 160 in this may month.can i enter or waht level to enter ?
