Need ur clarification on below announcement:
"Reliance Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 8.50 (Rupees eight and paise fifty only) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs.10/- each."
Q) Dividend of Rs. 8.50 per share (or) per Rs.10 ?
