How I can learn the art of day trading? Tried to read books but not been able to focus on that, do we have any short and simple summary of common mrthods u guys use for day trading? Or any specific things to see for day trading?
Suffered a huge loss from last 3 years even investment is not working for me?

Good evening. I trade from home through the terminal provided by my broker.When I trade in F & O market and want to give a sell bid of Nifty PE or any other one at a limit price say @40/- it doesnot accept my order until a Strike Price is given. What price should I give at strike price box if I want to place a sell order limit price of 40/- ? I will be thankful if you kindly breaf the concept of this strike price.
