Hi cb, holding jyotylab @ 172 from last month. from last 5-7 sessions it is moving between 168 and 175. not able to cross 175 . may i quit or hold???

How I can learn the art of day trading? Tried to read books but not been able to focus on that, do we have any short and simple summary of common mrthods u guys use for day trading? Or any specific things to see for day trading?
Suffered a huge loss from last 3 years even investment is not working for me?
