CB , there is a confirm news that BD Agarwal , promotor of Vikas wsp is buying shares for last 1 week continuously...is this a good news for the stock? what can be the reasons of buying??

hi cb sir, short on ranbaxy as suggested by many analysts at rs 400 what can b stoploss ? or hold for a target of 390 and lower as tv analysts suggested ? pls advice.
