Should I continue holding 5100, 5200 and 5300Pe as Nifty moves abv 5280. Should I watch 5280 as intra-day or closing basis? Ur view on the PEs?

I had bought debentures and 100 shares of Century tubes nearly 25 years back. Till now I don't have any contact with the company. I was NRI that time, and have lost the documents while i was traveling. What can I do in this regard, please advise me.
