Sir.. Your view on PSL Limited?? It seems same market cap like Welspun Gujrat and Mah Seamless. Is it the right time to invest??

Dear CB,
Please advice for these stocks, should I buy, hold or sell?
1) Temptation Foods @ 32.6
2) Vikash Metal and Power @ 15
3) Development Credit Bank @ 37
4) Gujrat NREC @ 59.8
5) IFCI @ 52.7
Should i book profits or should i hold these stocks for some more time? will these go up more?
