Tata motors Fut is now trading at discount...earlier there was 2.50 Rs premium. Does that mean People are shorting it?

God knows y my query is left out..... i took INFY 2750PE @ 57. wht shud b the SL in cash ,and whr to book (downward trgt) .
hope this tym i cn expect the reply :)
