There is so much confusion on the auction of ONGC shares.... NSE+BSE giving one set of data, and till it is assumed to be fully subscribed. Lack of transparency, and this confusion might weaken the PSU stocks.
So, whats ur opinion on SAIL 90PE @ Rs 3; Any weak structure whose PE can be purchased?
CB, replies: Hi Rakesh, yes. but since price is being set at 290, downside for this stock is limited. After some consolidation near 290, its likely to move higher. can add in small quantities for now. SAIL has support at 96-100 dont enter it yet

CB, replies: Hi sunita, as of now would advice to wait for some more time before averaging. it has strong support at 60-67 levels. if manages to hold onto these levels for another week or 2, one can add few more
