Today FII's net buy is very abnormal (Around +8995Crs) at the same time US market is crossing 13000 historical point.Does this indicating big move upside?

CB ,I have shorted arvind ltd march futur 1 lot @ 80.25 . please suggest TGT & SL. I have bought 1 lot TCS & 1288 .Please suggest TGT & SL.
