LnT1450PE last trade was @20 and after settlement it was @26.5. How it has happend? Any formula? Can I get any indicate from this settlement.

i have 27000 amount. this amount wil become double in 3 to 4 months. which stobks would prefer and also give the entry price. i have already losed 7 lakhs in last year. please advice and help me

Also invested 30k in sbi magnum tax gain(d) in 2008. nav was @43. when nifty was 6300 , i could not liquidate it because it was in lock in period.
Now the nav is @36 and also i have received dividend of Rs. 7300 and todays value is 24000/-.
kindly suggest whether to hold or exit????
