Gati has transferred 90% of its business to a Subsidiary company named Redsun. Gati will be holding 70% redsun while the japan logistic company Kintetsu will be holding the remaining 30% stake... Gati had already transferred its shipping division which accounts for its 5% of the total revenue to another subsidiary.

sir how will this affects gati. i am holding 5000 gati at 48. today its in lc.. With almost 95% of the business transferred what will be the fate of gati. Will the revenue from the subsidiary company will also be shown in the balance sheet of gati.

today iaverge cipla call taken at 352 now cmp for call is 348...shall iexpect 353 within 3days...
waht about sbi i atken call when sbi tde above 2130 for more than 10 minute..but it closed below that...
