Confidence petro is trading at 7 levels from more than 2 weeks. Why its not going up. I am holding 3000 shares at 12 levels. Is it correct time add some more to average the stock. Please suggest.

Hi CB/Kartik, Surprizingly markets are still up today inspite of global cues. What happens if IIP comes in lesser? The poll says 3.45%. If it comes at 3.45% or more, will markets still move higher or is this start of reversal? Confused, please guide
