Is Prraneta Industries Ltd. a oparator driven stock? Why a sharp fall from 87Rs to 0.33Rs. and now with upper circuit started with a prise fo 0.48. Good to buy? how much it will go up?

Today also Avance technologies started with buyers and no sellers, but no changes in the value prise. However the buyers are increasing day by day 6 lakhs, 12 lakhs, 20 laksh and 27 lakhs for past 4 days.
When this value will get change?
