But now its going down, my bad luck.

I have bought 84300 shares of Avance technologies ltd recently (30000 shares@ 0.2 and 54300 shares @ 0.16), i just want to know is it safe to hold this stock for long term because this stock had a 52 weeks of track record 9.8 Rs high and now it come to 0.16 Rs low.
More over past 10 days there is no changes in this stock, even tho there is a buyers there is no changes in the stock prise.
Pls help me to solve this issue. I don't want to loose money. I'm already facing 33% loss and moreover 50% of the amount gone for brokerage.
