Levels bank nifty can see next week??? What happens if RBI doesnt change rates or if they cut CRR only by 25 basis points?

Hi CB,
I have read candlestick patterns and seeing the charts from past 6 months, yet I'm not able to do correct technical analysis.
Please advise me....how to proceed. I do intraday. Let me know the process to do technical analysis. I follow RSI, STOCHASTICS, MACD.
