hi,
i bought lt put 1120 feb at 42. i see that 50dma is at 1176 and stock has closed at 1173 at day's high. if it crosses this 50dma, is it advisable to buy lt jan call for a few days to hedge whatever spurt comes in lt after crossing this dma. can u please tell if results of lt are going to be relatively strong or weak. if ur suggestion is to buy a call for say 4-5days, i can go ahead on mon and buy out of money call n would look to sell it within 4days. thanks

CB, replies: Hi abhijeet, enter delta on dips near 66. united spirits is a good bet fundamentally. for short term trading, would advice to wait for some dip to enter it as its recovered quite a bit

If we open gap down, will it be a good option to go long with so many downgrades. What wd be safe nifty spot to go long and sl too. Thanks. I dont expect a major crack in the markets as these downgrades were already expected and discounted.
CB, replies: Hi Prabhas, technically nifty is a buy on dips for now.. Has strong support near 4780-4800 levels.. Can test 4950.. As of now seems may open.a bit flat on Monday.
