I am holding Minifty (25Jan 2012) short.Shall I have to square up my position on Dec 2011 expiry or I can continue the same holding till Jan 2012 expiry ? How do you see market in Jan 2012,will it be bullish or bearish ?

Sir Markets (Sensex / Nifty) bottom out generally at 10 P/E . Please suggest what is the current P/E of market , is it nearing 10 . Or at what level of Sensex / Nifty , the P/E will be around 10 .
