Hlding tata mtrs call 210 at 2.20 and put 140 at 1.10 both are nt mving at all few days back trgt fr tata mtrs was 155 suddenly tgt chnged to 18 by analsyst please throw some ligght on this as its ....?

Dear Sir,
I think tomorrow, we can see gap opening due to CHINA CUTS RESERVE and today we seen effect on European markets, all are up 3 percent +. Where we can see tomorrow opening ?
