is it worth holding himachal fustristic coomunication taken at 14.65 now 11,shall i book loss and enter some other?

HI CB ,
I am still holding the CE of 5000 dec at rs 56 as u said to sell it when nifty will reach 4850 . Now its price is 38. Will I avg 5000 ce and wait for 4850 for nifty ? pls advice what will I do ?
