at wat indian time does FTSE and DAX open and if it trades +ve and nifty closes above 4830 can we hedge for call ?

ok...can you suggest me what to do with short and long in NIFTY positions a i am carrying?
pl tell me is it good to short nifty/bank nifty again around 4900? or should i start accumulating puts for dec at every 50 points rise in nifty??
