I'm holding long positions in Nov futures of Bajaj Hind at 37.40. Now it is at 28(huge loss). Is there a chance for the price to improve. Levels please?

sir..............why ia mlosser lossed around 4.5 lakh in last 15 months>now 1 lakh remianing.......................please tell below scripts any hope before expiry
1.Tatamotrs188 call taken at 5.30 now .80 paisa
2.Relince 900 call taken at 18 now .75 paisa
3.DLF 250 call taken at 9 now.10 paisa
4 .nifty 5000 call taken at 93 now 33..
please help is i need to wait expiry cut it losses...
how i avoid these mistakes?
CB, replies: Hi test, sorry to hear about your losses. we will need to change the strategy for trades. need to keep strict sl specially in markets which have not been giving investors any returns in over a year now. Also if possible try and invest a large amount in SIP (HDFC top 200, axis equity fund, gold). in options trade less. don't hold than 1-2 stock options at any given point of time. can you please email me at [email protected] . I have 3000 Tanla solution @64; 3500 Suzlon @46; 3200 PunjLLYOD @110; Rpower 500 @148 and Sical Logistics 1000@90 and finally JPinfratech IPo 1900@ 96 I want to know if I can average these at these llevels to minimize the loss. What levels can average these?
Please give detailed reply?currently i have big loss want to minimize

CB, replies: Hi Rajiv, we will need to hold these for long term. don't avg these stocks yet. will need to wait till markets stop falling and form a base.

sir the same problem is with me i had invested 95 thousand my hard earned money in this market in the month of september and now it is only 08 thousand sold all my stocks except tijaria polypipes and unitech sir need your advice in these stock
bought 1000 tijaria poly pipes at 22 rs and 2000 unitech at 30.50 rs now these both are in 52 week low what to do whether to sell it or hold
