Shahil regarding your doubt on hcl divident paid is 100% of face value of that share which is 2rs dont get confused with face value and current price face value is fixed but share value increases or decreases according to traders when ever a company declares divident it can declare according to face value or directly announcing as 2rs per share in order to get divident you must have to hold it for atleast one day that is better you buy one day before last day

And remember that stock price generally goes down the next day after gaining dividend so my advise is that you sell it on 10th

Dear CB/Kartik,
Wishing you a very very HAPPY DIWALI.
I want to gain at least 5 Paisa (after deducting the Brokerage charge). I have 2 ideas on short side but I dont want to go short on Muhurut, rather I want to purchase something on Diwali and sell in profit BTST.
Please suggest some SAFE BTST WITH AROUND 1% RETURN
