with the kind of news flow and economuc conditions both in india and internationally...NIFTY should come down....why it is going up and up on even a small positive news? does that means market is bullish?

i am having two moni nifty and one nifty short at the average rate of around 4900.
should i keep all of that till rbi meet? how important is the meeting on 23rd in europe?
