i am holding tata motors @185(cmp180) and hdfc bank @476(cmp472), exit level ?

As on date 14Oct 2011
TV18 Broadcast Limited was capped at 10 %
whereas HATHWAY was capped at 20 %
On 9 Sept 2011 GTL nearly rose to 36 %
Why the difference for these stocks ?
