i bought 40 jktyre @70, can i expect 78 in couple of weeks to achieve.

Hi CB,
I hav 500 shares of bajaj hindustan @Rs.200. The company is giving me rights share. So in effect i will get 1000 shares @ of Rs. 25 each. Thus i will hav 1500 shares and my buying cost will come drastically. Is it worth going for the rights issue ? Please advice.
On the other hand I hav an agent calling for the rights renunciation @30paise per form. Which option should i go for ?
