I made call to indiainfoline,religare,rmoney,tata securities regarding the same.They dont allow without square off in intraday in each exchange(nse,bse).
They only allow to sell scrip kept in delivery in either nse or bse without considering in which exchange it was bought.
So think for each exchange square off should be done,when market rate of scrip will become same to book profit in arbitrary trade.

In general, After utilising arbitrage,how to determine @what rate same scrip in both exchange get coincide ?.Are there any ways to find out conciding rate ?
