    Hello Kartik,

Do you think Moody's report will destroy the BANKNIFTY and it will push it further
down? As report is targeting FM and Govt for not providing enough capital..

As you know SBI danced to Moody's tune in the after noon are we expecting the
    same for some more time..

    Best regards,
    Pavan Patil

CB, replies: Hi Pavan, yes. likely to remain weak in near term.

    Hi Sir,

With regards to option stock, let's say for example, if I buy an option Call stock at a premium of 4 Rs and Lot Size of 2000 for a strike price of 100 and today's market price of that stock is 92. And tomorrow, if that stock's price goes to 94 and a premium of 5 Rs, then if I sell it at that premium price, I will get a profit of Rs 1 * 2000 = 2000 Rs. Basically, if the premium price of the option stock increases more than my bought price, then I don't need to wait for strike price to book profit? Is my understanding with regards to this option right?

If the above is incorrect, please correct it with an example.

    Kind regards,
    Indu

Kartik, replies: Hi Indu, the premium is the difference between the price of stock in Cash and Futures
