Hello Sir, I have Bajaj Electrical s purchased @ 280 and know the share price is 180? Should i sold it and book losses considering the current environment and bad result from company?

On Bajaj Hindustan's latest news, I can see this information
" Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2011 approved the issue Schedule as follows:
- Issue Opens on : September 29, 2011
- Last date for receipt of request for Split Application Forms : October 07, 2011
- Issue Closes on : October 13, 2011 "
I have shares of Bajaj Hindustan. Do I need to fill any application form to get the stocks split or it will automatically be split and credited to my account.

Holding on to Bank nifty only @9940.
CB, asked me to short Bank nifty (OCT) at 5550..it missed the target..
Now what to do?
