If RBI does not hike the rates , how for can NIFTY GO UP?

Hi CB sir,
Was waiting for u? the NIFTY has been trading between range 4700 to 5100 since last 1 and half months. my portfolio( tata motors(217 rupee 100 shares),tata sponge(340/20 shares),crompton(188/35 shares),yes(320/20 shares),pantaloon(330/33 shares), on mkobile(100/20 shares),south indian bank(50 shares/24.4 rupee),hcl(480/20 shares)) has been suffering with 12.5 k loss at 5100(6.5 for tata motors alone) and when it reaches 4700 then loss increases to 17k (upto 9k for others).i am stuck up now .so
Q.1
what should i do
1. should i sell my portfolio at 5100 and buy back at 4700
2. should i sell some particular shares at 5100 and average other share at 4700
3. should i average all my shares at 4700.
Q.2 tell me what is expected value of these shares at diwali end?will the conditions improve?
Q.3 pls tell what all shares shoulkd i retain or sell among this portfolio?
q.4 pls tell me about this on mobile buy back news today?
sir pls reply to these questions as i have put in all my daubts in front of u?
CB, replies: Hi vipul, these are fundamentally strng bets. would advice to continue to hold onto these for med/ long term. keep a little longer term view. don't add ore of these yet. hold for now. add more if nifty dips near 4700 in near term.

Hello CB Sir.........I m new to u r website. 10 years back My husband expired and he had 2000 Tata communication shares. after my husband death i was affected by Brain Tumour and was operated till now i m taking medicine.
Recently i have transfered my husband shares to my account and i request 10 years dividend.
But the sharepro didnot giving any proper reply, today i got mail from sharepro, they said "For the financial year 2001 to 03 we have transfer the unpaid dividend account balance amount to investor education and protection fund as per the provision of Company Act 1956. ".
But i have heard the court declared jusgement for unpaid dividend one can claim unpaid dividend for 10 years. My medical treatment and medicne are so expensive. pls help. where should i compllain
