Hi Sir we have received a message in mobile that buy POLYTEX and it will gain 20% in one day we have invest on this stock at 266 after received message and it go lower circuit from that day till today almost i have lost 30% amount from my 1lakh investment now can you tell us where can we complaints against them like we can complaint in police for company or these is done by some broker or operator as going day by day in big loss dont know it will open or not need your value able advise pls advise what can we do...........
CB, replies: Hi Firoz, SEBI wont really do much about it. its best to stay away from operator driven stocks and do not follow random calls given via sms. hold it for med term for now.
