hello kartik/cb... badly stucked in axis bank future.. bought @ 1150.. it has come down to 1104... and BOMBAYdying @ 324.90.. CMP 321.30... U.S . is red... GLOBE IS RED...
what r the chnances of recovery? waht shld b my sl?

Hi Sandy, I hope you recover all ur losses soon. as of now seems like a gap down opening on monday. not really sure of taking any trade at opening.. lets see where nifty settles after opening

CB, replies: Hi ij, yes. it did manage to trade strong today. hopefully on Monday should achieve its target. its not really doing much on the upside either as it has strong resistance at 800-810. lets see.

I wanted to know for how long do you have hold a stock to get dividend.Suppose ,a particular company is going to announce its dividend in 2 weeks and I buy within the two weeks will I get the dividend?
CB, replies: Hi Daisy, yes, you can buy it before the dividend is to be declared. also need to hold the stock till the record date once dividend is declared.

i am long in rcom at 88/yes bank at 288/acc at 1035/rpower at 86/central bank at 104.50/sbi at 1990/nifty at 5096/short in bata at 650/jubli food at 750 , please guide seperately for each if possible
CB, replies: Hi nitin1981, yes, will need to hold for now. shorts will act as a good hedge. as of now seems like a lower opening on monday. below 5040, nifty can test 4980. hold for now. Bata India can test 650 this month. should be able to exit from it soon. jubilant is seeing profit booking. if markets remain weak, could fall further. for longs hold sbi with sl at 1920.. yes bank can see 305. acc looks good technically. likely to add some more from here.

sir from which level i can rotate my short position to long plus can i get my rate of jubli at 750 or not as its 2 high at cmp and have runup a lot from 150 to 1060 level in years time,i am very confused in this please guide me
CB, replies: Hi nitin1981, nifty can test 4800 again if global markets remain weak. continue to hold onto these for now. jubilant has rallied quite a bit. its likely to see sme profit booking from here in coming days. hold longs for now. keep sl near 5040. if nifty breaks 5040, exit these and enter again near 4980
