hii karthik..
indiabulls sec. declared dividend of 375% of 2rs facevalue and the book closure dates are from 24th september to 30th september.so it comes around 7rs per share..and the share price is 52 rs now..i am thinking to buy 1000 shares on 23rd sep. and will sell on 1st october. if that is the case will i get my dividend for those shares? does this involve any risk? shall i proceed this way? i want ur advice on this..plzz help me.......

CB, replies: Hi sekhar, no.. if you were holding them on the day dividend was declared you would get them. if you buy them now you wont get the dividend.

Hi CALL, there is a substantial rally going on in European markets as well as in the US right now... Our markets also might perform better tomorrow. A fall is imminent but there doesn't seem to be a trigger for the downturn.
