Hi vipul, In this case there is no record date.. companies giving large dividends or special dividends give a record date so one can invest in the stock.. many simply declare dividend at the AGM. in such stocks one needs to hold before the dividend is declared to avail it

Hi CB, Whenever there is a buzz about de-listing of a stock, its price shoots up. What is the reason behind it ? Pl answer.
