I am now holding only Sep lot of SKUMARS. Aug lot expired in loss off 12000.
Shall i short one oct lot tomorrow or wait?
Any other trade for sep series?

Hi Kartik. SKS Micro Fin is being slaughtered like a pig every trading session. Am holding 200 Shares @ avg of 500. I last averaged it @ 274. And approxiamtely a loss of around half my investment. Is it high time I exited it and save whatever I can? Or would u advise me otherwise Sir.
CB, replies: Hi Asif, fundamentally its a good bet. all small loan companies are in a downtrend as of now. will need to hold it for long term. don't add more of this stock yet

I want to know that if i have shares of a company before the dividend is declared, and if I sell the shares of that company before the ex-dividend date/before the dividend is distributed, will i get the dividend of that company in that case.To be entitled for the dividend till what time do i need to hold the stocks.Thanks.
Kartik, replies: Hi Sachin, no, you need to hold it till the ex-dividend date, you can also enter a day before the ex-dividend date and sell it after the day
