For Rei Agro... if "right issue" comes share price will decerease,, Then how all brokers are assuming the target double .Also if we purchase right shares also it will be max no pain no gain. So where is the profit??

Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 19, 2009 to September 30, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company..

according to above........ if i buy this company shares on 18th september and sell them on 19th or 20th september..will i get dividend or not??? plzz tell me.

i didnt get u .plzz giv me details of when to buy and when to sell so that i will get my dividend for the same. if i dont want to hold it for morethan 10-15 days..
CB, replies: Hi sekhar, you need to buy and keep the stock. if company decides to give dividend in the meeting and and declare it say on the 22nd of september then all people hold the stock by end of day on the 22nd september will get it
