i have bought tata steel at 540 what to do ,and also i have bought hdfc bank at 510 please suggest ,shall i average or not? or book loss

Hi cb,
today bought Sujana Metals @ 7.10, is it worth to hold short term, what is the best level to exit. Today it traded in a range of 9.50 to 6.65, why so widen..........
Also suggest some good scrips which i can hold around 15-20 years.
